Chains and Bands

Lifting Chains

Williams Strength has the best chains on the market. The starter set can be adjusted

for benching and squatting. The 5/8" main chains are galvanized and weigh 18lbs

each. Multiple 5/8" sets can quickly be attached to the starter set to increase the load.
