J-Cup Type - Textured Post Bar catches for textured post racks manufactured with 3/8"

flat bar. 1" stainless steel peg inserts completely thru post. UHMW
plastic protection on high wear areas. Sloped gusset under
J-Cup Type. A weld bead is added to bend for strength.

Advantages - Four support pegs on stainless steel rack catches and 1" stainless steel pegs on texture
post rack catches are extremely strong. UHMW adds protection to high wear areas. Sloped
gussets add safety when racking bar. Do not have to purchase reverse type catches to use
on both inside and outside post, because all WSP catches work on both sides of the post.
Spotter Platforms
Integrated with bench and sloped to allow change in height from incline to military. Back of bench

is raised to allow feet under bench when spotting in flat position.

Advantages - Spotter platforms stays with bench and can be used when spotting dumbbell lifts.
Slopped height is better than fixed height. By not locking bench into rack the bench can be picked
up from the front and moved with ease. Benches that are picked up from the back are very difficult
to move as you most bend under the Olympic bar (very bad on the back) or remove it first.
Frame Components
All componets made in jigs and mig wire welded. Tubes are caped with welded steel end caps.

Advantages - Consistancy in construction from the use of jigs. Welded end caps much better
    than plastic end caps.

Assembly

Bolt thru design with two 1/2" bolts per connection. 3/8" plates welded to tubing at each
    attachment point.

Advantages - 3/8" plates at each connection adds strength to tubing. Bolts will not get loose
over time and 1/2" lock nuts have much more thread area than 4 small bolts threaded into
3/16" steel tubing as some manufactures use.
Finish

Powder coating is standard on all steel components. Non-stainless steel racks have black
tecxture powder coated post. Metal is pre-treated with phosphate wash and powder is
baked on in gas fired oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.

Advantages - Textured posts keep racks looking good longer than standard powder coating.
Stainless steel post provides the ultimate in high wear protection. Both allow for main frame
to be powder coated in custom colors.
Frame Construction
    3" x 3" x 3/16", 3" x 3" x 11 gauge, 2" x 3" x 11 gauge tubing. Most racks have raised base

  supports and "walk thru" design.

Advantages - Racks do not have to be 3/16" tubing because the corners are not cut out down
the length of the tube and no bolts are just taped into the tubing with no nuts attached. Raised
base supports allow for wide sumo squat stance if desired and walk thru design allows benches
to be rolled in and out either side.
Safety Spotter Bars
2" x 3" x 11 guage with quick adjust design. UHMW protection on top of spotter and UHMW

  tape on inside.

Advantages - No need for heavy 3/16" tubing as these safety bars have been tested and
withstand any abuse without bending. Other types of safety spotters are either extra heavy
or bend with light weights dropped on them. Round bar safety spotters must be pulled all the
way thru both post to adjust.
Weight Storage

1" solid round bar welded to 3/8" flat bar and bolted on. Round bar is covered with 1 1/2"
    UHMW protection.

Advantages - 1" round welded to 3/8" flat is much stronger than round welded to thinner
tubing and round tubing welded to tubing. If a peg was ever bent a new unit can be bolted
on with ease. All of WSP designs allow for easy to get to plate heights. Even shorter users
    can reach the highest plates.
Warranty
Lifetime frame warranty, 2 Years moving parts and 90 days upholstry.
Chin Up Bar

Standard bars are 1 1/4" solid round bar. Options include 1 1/4" cambered bar with two
parallel rubber covered grips, 2" knurled fat bar and swivel handle bar with stainless steel
    slide.

Advantages - Any combination of bars can be added to any rack.

0-90 Benches

  2" x 3" x 11 guage contruction. No pop-pin design.

Advantages - Smallest gap between pads. No pop-pin design has no parts that can get
lose and lost over time. Very easy to adjust incline. Rubber feet keep bench stationary and
protects wooden platforms. Picked up and moved from the front.

Custom Logos

Advantages - Custom laser logos, platform logos and high wear logos add
an extra touch to give a truly distinctive look to each order. Full color high
wear logos on plastic vinyl does not soak up hair oils like normal vinyl.

Platforms
2" x 3" x 11 guage frames. Construction consists of 4 and 5 layers of wood and rubber.

Total thickness is 2 3/4". Rubber area is 1 1/2" wood covered with 2 layers of 3/4" rubber.
Wood area has 1 1/2" wood base and real oak hardwood flooring built up to 2 3/4".

Advantages - Multi-layer design is and feels extremly solid and protects the room's base
floor. When attached to racks a ramp is included to allow for benches to be rolled on and
    off with ease.
